Seasonal Party Package

The prices listed are for one character. There is no limit on guests

Additional party and seasonal characters can be added at the rate of $150/hour.

At the owners discretion, Rent a Party Character will not offer discounts to business who require additional paperwork to qualify for their entertainment. If the Business has to use a credit card there will be a 3.5% credit card processing fee. Certain characters will not qualify for discounts such as the Star Wars characters Storm Trooper, and Darth Vader, because of the difficulty of the costume and the handling plus others that require additional time

TRAVEL FEE – We have a complimentary radius of 20 miles to and from two ports and add $.95 cents per mile outside of that complimentary radius. For Parties outside of that radius, we have a 1 hour party minimum.

OVERAGE TIME FEE – $150 will be charged for each additional 30 minutes per performer if the party host decides to extends the time from the purchased package.

If the actor is running late because of previous parties and their time management, unforeseen traffic incidents beyond our control or malfunction of costumes like seam tears, or zipper breaks from previous parties, the actor will call and discuss with you their situation and give an estimate ETA. Please be respectful and kind. We aren’t always able to control everything and things do happen. We do our best!

EarlyTermination of the Party—Actors have the right to determine if the party is abusive or out of control because of mis treatment of characters and costume. In the determination that the environment is unsafe, Actors have the right to leave the event. There will be no refund. All guest, including children, teens and adults are required to treat and respect the property of Rent A Party Character and respect the Actors and their space.
