Mascot Economy Package
*Durations of party (30min) available for local parties only within the 20 mile radius
*Only available on weekends. One hour minimum on weekday parties.
*Pricing is for 1 mascot performer. Additional performers can be added at the rate of $140 PER HOUR. (for packages one hour and longer). No discount is given for second character for 30 minute package.
Recommended children count is not to exceed 25. If the count is greater than 25 then the actor requires help, either hired help, or an attendant from the party host arranged with the actor. This is part of our quality control guarantee to provide and succeed in giving you the best experience at your event or party.
*Music is played via a CD player or portable sound device. Full stereo equipment including speakers and microphones are not included.
*Mascot meet and greet package. Designed for those parties simply seeking a character appearance.
Preferred package for those with other entertainment planned for their event.
Recommended for ages 2 and under.
Only available for parties under the complimentary 20 mile travel distance.

Disclaimers
Additional princess, superhero,and mascot party characters can be added at the rate of $145/hour and can accommodate an additional 10 children.
Additional guest and children over 25 require a “Helper” (plain-clothed character assistant)- available at a rate of 40/hour — to accompany your Mascot Character in order to accommodate the needs of additional children during activities. Party Host can provide their own helper but must notify the party planner.
Mascot Economy Package
This package is not a fully-hosted party package and does not include the full agenda of the standard party package by your performer. Thus, Princes visits do not have a performer/child ratio limit.
TRAVEL FEE – We have a complimentary radius of 20 miles to and from two ports and add $.85 cents per mile outside of that complimentary radius. For Parties outside of that radius, we have a 1 hour party minimum.
OVERAGE TIME FEE – $145 will be charged for each additional 30 minutes per performer if the party host decides to extend the time from the purchased package.
If the actor is running late because of previous parties and their time management, unforeseen traffic incidents beyond our control or malfunction of costumes like seam tears, or zipper breaks from previous parties, the actor will call and discuss with you their situation and give an estimate ETA. Please be respectful and kind. We aren’t always able to control everything and things do happen. We do our best!
EarlyTermination of the Party—Actors have the right to determine if the party is abusive or out of control because of mis treatment of characters and costume. In the determination that the environment is unsafe, Actors have the right to leave the event. There will be no refund. All guest, including children, teens and adults are required to treat and respect the property of Rent A Party Character and respect the Actors and their space.
