Pricing Note:
- Rental pricing varies based on the costume and how elaborate it is. Not all costumes are the same, some costumes have more pieces and details.
- Rent A Party Character collects a $100 security deposit on pick up which is refundable on the return of the costume. It has to be paid either by cash or Venmo.

Costume Rental Policies
NO REFUNDS ON COSTUME RENTALS
Must be paid in full to hold your reservation.
All rentals must be picked up in person.
Rentals are picked up the day before the event and returned the day after.
Certain Costumes require an additional Hold on Funds Deposit
Costumes must be returned in the condition they were sent out. When picking up examine your costume to make sure there is nothing that will cause an extra charge if not noticed..
There will be an additional cleaning charge or replacement charge for any of the following spots on the costume upon returning the costume: pen marks, marker marks, wine stains, grass stains, excessive dirt and mud staines, cigarette holes, temporary or permanent dyes, and any type of dirt or grime that won’t wash out.
If there is a lost piece to the costume that doesn’t get returned, Rent A Party Character reserves the right to charge for the total amount of the costume if the part can’t be replaced. The extra fee will be determined upon return.
