Booking a Virtual Party
This form is simply a party request. We require a signed event contract and deposit in order to secure the reservation. We will send over these booking documents pending availability or contact you directly with any questions. A reservation is not booked until both contract and deposit are received.
Rent A Party Character is an independent company providing princess and character impersonations. We do not have the intention of violating any copyright or trademark laws. Pictures/costumes are used only for ideas or versions of what we provide. Not the actual costume shown in the picture. We do not claim to have any affiliation with the MGM, Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers, DC Comics, Lucas Arts, Marvel, Saban, Mattel, or SCG Power Rangers LLC tJX VicomeMGM company Queensland,Company or any other license Character or company. All of our characters are simply look-a-likes and our costumes/pictures are made under strict supervision to prevent copyright infringement.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. In the event of bad weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, Parties/Events can be rescheduled. If payment was in full, then half will be refunded.
In the event of bad weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date.
RESCHEDULING POLICY/PROCEDURE
DEFINITION: Any change to start time, date, or character/artist choice, after submission of your deposit will be considered rescheduling.
- -Changes to package/duration can be accommodated based on availability after submission of contract. However, any changes must be of equal to or greater than originally contracted party cost. No downgrades in package type/cost/duration can occur. Submission of a new contract will be required should you upgrade your package or duration.
TIMEFRAME: Any rescheduling to an event date, time, or character must be done a MINIMUM of 72 HOURS PRIOR TO
EVENT.
Any request to reschedule after this deadline will be evaluated, and should customer be unwilling to cohere to the original contracted date/time/character or consider the advised alternative, cancellation policies/fees will be applied. Customer are welcome to book a new event (new contract and deposit due) in such a case.
CONDITIONS: Rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Should you choose not to reschedule your event to another date or time, which the company has available, customer will be held to company’s cancellation policy.
- -When rescheduling an event, customer will have a period of 6 months in which to book a new event.. After 6 months, if a new event is not booked or a new contract signed, customer will be charged the remaining balance due on original reservation. This balance will be due immediately.
- PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ALL ABOVE POLICIES.

Requested Add-ons
If there are any additional requests from clients, companies, cities, malls or event centers to purchase additional costumes, props, gifts, covid testing, increased insurance, entry fees, parking fees or any other add-on expenses, that are mandatory and requires Rent A Party Character to spend money for the event or party, it shall be at the expense of the client, company, city or mall.
