Party Costume Rentals
This form is simply a costume rental request. We require a signed rental contract and must be paid in full to hold your reservation. We will send over these rental documents pending availability or contact you directly with any questions. A reservation is not booked until both contract and full payment are received.

Rental Policies
NO REFUNDS ON COSTUME RENTALS
Must be paid in full to hold your reservation. Your rental fee does not include Tax. There is tax on rentals
A 100 dollar Security deposit is charged either by Venmo, or Cash, upon pickup. If the rental is returned as given then the security deposit will be refunded upon drop off.
All rentals must be picked up and dropped off at (Colorado) 15167 E. Hampden Ave Aurora Co. Or ( Utah) 449 W 400 So Lehi .

A rental timeline is 48 hours most of the time, but on high volume days, we reserve the right to assign the pickup the day of and the drop off the same day. We try to accomodate your schedule by assigning the costume pickup the day before and the day after the party date. Your party team member will discuss our schedule and do the best they can to accomodate your pickup and drop off schedule.
If we arrange pickup or drop off with the customer at any other location,(NOT GUANTEED) there will be an additional charge. The fee will be determined by distance and time.
If the rental is not returned, then we consider it a theft and we will report and pursue through small claims court.
Costumes must be returned in the condition they were sent out. When picking up the costume please examine your costume to make sure there is nothing that will cause an extra charge.
There will be an additional cleaning charge or replacement charge for any of the following spots on the costume upon returning the costume: Pen marks, marker marks, wine stains, grass stains, excessive dirt and mud staines, cigarette holes, temporary or permanent dyes, and any type of dirt or grime that won’t wash out. In addition if any of the costume pieces such as ears, eyes noses or tails are pull off then will charge for the repair. This will come out of the deposit upon returning.
If there is a lost piece to the costume that doesn’t get returned, Rent A Party Character reserves the right to charge for the total amount of the costume if the part can’t be replaced, The extra fee will be determined upon return.
Rent A Party Character is an independent company providing princess and character impersonations. We do not have the intention of violating any copyright or trademark laws. We do not claim to have any affiliation with the Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers, DC Comics, Lucas Arts, Marvel, Saban, Mattel, or SCG Power Rangers LLC or any other license Character or company. All of our characters are simply look-a-likes and our costumes are made under strict supervision to prevent copyright infringement.
